Last weekend we travelled back to Cornwall. We took a trip to Newquay, a place we know very well. It has changed dramatically over the last 20 odd years. We first lived there in 1976 and finally left the area in 2001.
It has become the UK's premier surfing venue and although families still visit, and older people out of season, it is really a young person's town now. There are countless surf shops, bars and nightclubs.
However one thing that cannot change is the sea and the beaches and some of the historic buildings. Take a look at some glorious views here.
It is good to be back home - yes, despite our trip, Epiphany is definitely home and so the phrase "Home is where your boat is" is definitely true for us.
